By accessing or using GIGORA services, you agree to these Terms. If you use a GIGORA product on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service apply to your use of gigora.com.bd, the GIGORA License Server, customer and administrator portals, software downloads, product-related APIs, and support services made available by GIGORA.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the affected service. Separate product pages, checkout notices, software licenses, or written agreements may contain additional terms. Where an additional term applies to a specific product or transaction, it forms part of your agreement for that product or transaction.
GIGORA services
GIGORA provides software distribution and management services that may include customer accounts, product listings, software licensing, domain activation controls, subscription or plan management, trials, protected downloads, software updates, payment processing integrations, support tools, and related security or activity logging.
Features may differ by product. A feature shown for one product is not automatically included with another product unless the applicable product page or documentation says so.
Gigora Order Paste and optional support registration
Gigora Order Paste is a WordPress/WooCommerce plugin that helps authorized store staff paste customer messages, parse Bangla, English or Banglish order information, review the extracted details, match products, detect possible duplicates, and create editable WooCommerce orders.
The plugin's locally implemented order-paste functionality does not require a GIGORA license activation, subscription, renewal, quota, or connection to the GIGORA support server.
The plugin contacts GIGORA only when an authorized administrator reviews the disclosure, gives consent, and starts a support-registration action such as Register for Support, Verify Registration, or Disconnect Support.
When an administrator explicitly initiates one of those support actions, the plugin may transmit the support key and support email entered by the administrator, product code, website domain, site URL, home URL, a randomly generated installation ID, plugin version, WordPress version, PHP version, WooCommerce version when available, a request timestamp, and a random request nonce. Standard network metadata, such as the server IP address, may also be received by the GIGORA server as part of the connection.
Customer messages, WooCommerce orders, customer names, customer addresses, phone numbers, ordered products, and customer payment data are not sent to GIGORA by this optional support-registration connection.
The support-registration service is intended to identify an installation for support-management purposes. It must not be used to disable, lock, unlock, or restrict the plugin's local functionality.
Accounts, credentials and security
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping account credentials, software keys, activation tokens, and administrative access secure. You must not knowingly share credentials in a way that enables unauthorized access to an account or service.
You should notify GIGORA through the support channels published on this website if you become aware of unauthorized access or suspected misuse connected with your account.
Software licensing and permitted use
Software distributed by GIGORA may be subject to an open-source license, a product-specific license, or another license stated with the software. You must follow the license that accompanies the relevant product.
For software released through the WordPress.org Plugins Directory, the license information distributed with that plugin applies. Gigora Order Paste is distributed as GPLv2 or later. These website Terms do not reduce rights granted to you under an applicable open-source software license.
License-server records, domain activations, subscriptions, downloads or update entitlements may be used for products where those controls are part of the applicable product or service. They do not override rights that an open-source license independently grants.
Purchases, subscriptions, trials and payments
When a product, plan, subscription, renewal or trial is offered, its price, duration and available features should be reviewed before you submit the transaction. Any product-specific payment, renewal, cancellation or refund conditions shown at checkout or on the relevant product page apply to that transaction.
Payments may be processed using an integrated payment provider. The payment provider may apply its own terms and privacy practices. GIGORA may store transaction references, payment status and related records needed to reconcile a purchase or subscription, but payment credentials handled directly by a payment provider remain subject to that provider's systems and policies.
Acceptable use
You may not use GIGORA services to compromise security, interfere with other users, probe or bypass access controls without authorization, submit fraudulent transactions, abuse APIs, distribute malware, unlawfully access another person's data, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.
Automated requests must respect documented API requirements, authentication, rate limits and security controls. We may restrict abusive traffic or suspend access that creates a material security, integrity or availability risk.
Service availability, maintenance and updates
We aim to keep GIGORA services reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security incidents, third-party outages, internet failures or product changes may temporarily affect access.
Software and services may be updated to improve compatibility, security, reliability or functionality. You remain responsible for maintaining suitable backups and testing software changes in an environment appropriate for your website or business.
Disclaimers
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, services and software are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that every service will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every third-party configuration, or suitable for every particular business purpose.
WooCommerce orders created through Gigora Order Paste remain the responsibility of the store operator. The plugin is designed to support review before order creation, and administrators should verify parsed customer, product, shipping and payment information before finalizing an order.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GIGORA is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from misuse, unauthorized access, third-party services, business interruption, lost profits, lost data, or failure to maintain appropriate backups. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to services or these Terms
We may revise these Terms when our products, services, security practices or legal obligations change. The current version will be published at this URL with its updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, account area or another reasonable channel where appropriate.
