Parsing customer messages and creating WooCommerce orders happens on the WordPress site. The optional GIGORA support-registration connection is not required for local plugin functionality and does not transmit customer messages, orders, names, addresses, phone numbers, products or customer payment data.
Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through gigora.com.bd, GIGORA account and license-server services, software downloads, product APIs, trials, support features, and related service logs.
The exact information processed depends on which GIGORA service you use. We aim to collect only information reasonably needed to provide, secure, support and improve those services.
Information we may process
Name, email address, authentication records and profile information you submit when creating or managing an account.
Product identifiers, license records, domain or site identifiers, activation status, plan or entitlement information and related verification events where a product uses those services.
Transaction references, payment status, amount, plan or product information and reconciliation records. Payment providers may process additional payment information under their own policies.
Product downloads, trial records, dates, domain information, IP address and user-agent information used to provide or protect applicable download and trial services.
IP address, user agent, API endpoint, request status, timestamps, nonce or request identifiers and error information used for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
Information you choose to provide in a support request, plus technical context reasonably needed to investigate the request.
Gigora Order Paste: exact external-service behavior
Gigora Order Paste includes an optional support-registration screen. All locally implemented order-paste functionality remains available without registration, activation, payment, subscription, renewal, quota or an external-server connection.
The plugin contacts the GIGORA Support Server only when an authorized WordPress administrator reviews the disclosure, checks the consent box, and explicitly uses a support action such as Register for Support, Verify Registration, or Disconnect Support.
Data sent only after that explicit action
- Support key and support email entered by the administrator.
- Product code identifying Gigora Order Paste.
- Website domain, WordPress site URL and home URL.
- A random installation ID generated by the plugin.
- Plugin version, WordPress version, PHP version and WooCommerce version when available.
- Request timestamp and a random request nonce.
- Standard network metadata, such as the site server IP address, which may be received as part of the connection.
Data this support connection does not send
The support-registration data is used to identify the installation during support management, authenticate support-related requests, protect the service against abuse or replay attempts, and troubleshoot support-registration problems. It is not used to gate or disable the plugin's local WooCommerce functionality.
How we use information
Depending on the service, information may be used to create and secure accounts, provide product access, process licensing or activation requests, manage subscriptions or trials, record purchases, deliver protected downloads, provide software updates, handle support, detect abuse, investigate technical errors, maintain audit logs, and comply with applicable obligations.
We do not describe customer order content from Gigora Order Paste as support-server data because that content is not transmitted by the plugin's optional support-registration connection.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the service for which it was collected, account administration, transaction reconciliation, security, support, dispute handling, legal compliance, and legitimate recordkeeping needs. Retention periods can differ by data type and service.
Where information is no longer reasonably required, it may be deleted, anonymized or retained only where an applicable obligation or security need requires it.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the services we operate, including authenticated access, request validation, signed or token-based API controls where implemented, transport encryption, rate limiting, logging and access restrictions. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for protecting your own WordPress administration access, GIGORA account credentials, support keys, license credentials and hosting environment.
Your choices and requests
You can choose not to use optional Gigora Order Paste support registration. If it has been configured, an authorized administrator can use the plugin's support controls to disconnect the support registration.
Depending on the service and applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction or deletion of personal information associated with your GIGORA account. Some records may need to be retained for transaction, security, fraud-prevention or legal reasons.
Third-party services and links
Some GIGORA features may interact with third-party services, including payment providers, hosting infrastructure, WordPress, WooCommerce or websites linked from our pages. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. This Privacy Policy does not control independent third-party processing.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy when our products, data flows, security practices or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published at this URL with a revised “Last updated” date.
